They say stress is harmful. Stress is obnoxious. Stress can deteriorate your health, your life. Indeed true, but may be to some extent. Stress is that physical and emotional strain that may cause your energy go drain. Yet it is important, the human body needs it; because it is the agent that can push your limit to an uphill standard, to test your potential, to boost your confidence, give you a moral high. It is the factor that can provide you with fun, with excitement but only if it works as a positive catalyst, i.e., good stress. However, if it breaks the wall to go even further and the human-body feels it unable to control, it can turn into a catastrophic element.
Gambling related stress can also be triggered by both the positive and negative nervous tension. For the social gamblers, play roulette is fun, a good time-passing activity and an opportunity to earn real good money. But, slowly and eventually the fun becomes addiction, the spending doubles and to earn back the money lost becomes an obsession at the cost of the health, time, and energy.
The fact is many gamblers are unaware of this stress or can even brush it off as ridiculous. But earning money is stressful and gamblers are of no exception. The thing that can be primarily reasoned by losing money gradually develops fatigue, tension, irritability, headache, fast heartbeat, and loss of concentration; in all, a full proof stressful life.
The best way to deal with the problem is to cope with the stress. Though it is real tough to battle with the gambling addiction, an early detection of the symptoms of overstress, self-awareness, and finding the right way to resolve the gambling related stress can treat the problem if not cure at all.
